Baked in Sour Cream Recipe

kg
potatoes

1/2 cup/125 ml
sour cream

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

2 tbsp finely chopped mint
-
2 tbsp torn basil
-
2 hard-boiled eggs, thinly sliced
Method:

Cook
the potatoes in their skins in salted, boiling water
for 15-20
minutes, or until tender.
Drain well. Slip off their skins and slice thinly.

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C/gas 4. Butter a
baking dish and lay the slices of potato in the
dish.

Pour in the sour cream. Sprinkle with garlic and
herbs and top with the egg.

Bake for
20-25
minutes, or until golden.
Serve hot.
