Sautéed with Butter and Mint Recipe
Ingredients
Serve
4-6

1 lb/500 g hulled/shelled peas
-
4 tbsp butter
-
4 tbsp finely
chopped mint
+ extra leaves, to garnish
-
salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste
Method:
-
Cook
the peas in salted, boiling water for
10-15
minutes, or until tender.
Drain well.
-
Place
the peas in a frying pan with the butter and mint.
Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 2-3
minutes.
-
Turn out onto a serving dish. Garnish with the mint
leaves and serve hot.
