Method:

Sauté the carrots in the oil in a large frying pan
over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until
crunchy-tender.

Toast the sesame seeds in a small saucepan over
medium heat for 5-10 minutes, shaking the pan to
make sure they do not burn.

Toss the carrots with the sesame seeds and season
with salt.
Serve hot.
