Carrot and Sesame Stir-Fry Recipe

 

Ingredients

 

Serve 2-4

  • 6 large carrots, Peeled and chopped

  • 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • . salt to taste


Method:

  1. Sauté the carrots in the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until crunchy-tender.

  2. Toast the sesame seeds in a small saucepan over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, shaking the pan to make sure they do not burn.

  3. Toss the carrots with the sesame seeds and season with salt. Serve hot.
