Broccoli and Tofu Stir-Fry Recipe

 

Ingredients

 

Serve 2

  • 10 oz/300 g broccoli florets

  • scant 1/2 cup/100 g tofu cubes

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce


Method:

  1. Cook the broccoli in a large pot of salted, boiling water for 5 minutes, or until not quite al dente. Drain well.

  2. Sauté the broccoli and tofu in the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes.

  3. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the soy sauce and serve hot.
