Broccoli
and Tofu Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients

10 oz/300 g broccoli florets

scant 1/2 cup/100 g tofu cubes

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

2 tbsp soy sauce
Method:

Cook the broccoli in a large pot of salted, boiling
water for 5 minutes, or until not quite al dente.
Drain well.

Sauté the broccoli and tofu in the oil in a large
saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Season with
salt and pepper.
Drizzle with the soy sauce and serve
hot.
