1 medium cauliflower, broken up into small florets
juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste
1 cup/250 ml
water
Method:
Sauté the onion in the ghee in a large frying pan
over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until
golden.
Add the coriander powder, cumin,
chili, turmeric,
and garam masala and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cauliflower and drizzle with the lemon
juice. Season with salt.
Add half the water, cover, and cook over low heat
for 15-20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is
tender. Add more water if the sauce dries out during
cooking.
Serve hot.
