Focaccia with Pesto
Recipe
Ingredients
Makes
one (10x15-inch/25x30cm) Focaccia
Method:

Prepare the
focaccia dough, kneading the pesto in as you work.
Set aside to rise (about 1 hour).

Oil a 10 x
15-inch (25 x 38-cm) baking pan. Roll the dough out
into a rectangle to fit the pan and place in the
pan. Let rise for 30 more minutes.

Preheat the oven
to 450°F/220°C/gas 7.
Brush with
the oil and milk.

Bake for 20-25
minutes, or until golden. Serve
hot.
