Salad with Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients

crisp lettuce, well-washed and coarsely chopped

5 oz/150 g Feta cheese, cut into small cubes

10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

10 oz/300 g
green beans, cooked

1/2 cup/50 g black olives, pitted
Dressing:

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
-
1 tbsp sugar
-
6 tbsp
extra-virgin olive oil
-
salt and freshly
ground black pepper to taste
Method:

Place the lettuce in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with the
Feta, tomatoes, green beans, and olives.

Dressing: Beat the garlic, vinegar, and oil in a
small bowl until well blended. Season with salt and
pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well.
