Carrot and Bean Sprout Salad Recipe

 

Ingredients

 

Serve 2-4

  • 3 carrots, scraped and coarsely grated

  • 1 cup/200 g bean sprouts

  • 1 cup/250 ml plain yogurt

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • 4 large lettuce leaves


Method:

  1. Toss the carrots, bean sprouts, and yogurt in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Arrange the lettuce leaves in a serving dish and spoon the salad over the top.
