Cabbage and Carrot Salad Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage, finely shredded

  • 4 small carrots, finely shredded

Dressing:

  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup/125 ml extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice


Method:

  1. Toss the cabbage and carrots together in a large bowl.

  2. Dressing: Mix the garlic, oil, and lemon juice in a small bowl.

  3. Pour over the carrot and cabbage mixture and toss well. Serve.
