Pasta Shells with Peas and Green
Beans

Ingredients
Serves 4- 6

1 lb/500 g large pasta shells
-
8 oz/250 g green beans, coarsely chopped
-
1 cup/125 g shelled peas
-
8 oz/250 g tomatoes, peeled,
seeded, and coarsely chopped
-
1 1/4 cups/150 g freshly
grated Pecorino cheese
-
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
-
1 sprig marjoram, finely
chopped
-
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method:
-
Cook the pasta in a large
pot of salted, boiling water for 5 minutes.

Add the green beans and peas.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender
and the pasta is al dente.

Drain and transfer to a serving dish. Add the tomatoes, Pecorino, oil,
marjoram, salt, and pepper. Toss well and serve hot.
