Fresh Fruit Salad with Vermouth Recipe

 

Ingredients

 

Serve 2-4

  • 2 oranges

  • 1 pink grapefruit

  • 2 bananas, thinly sliced

  • 2 kiwifruit, thinly sliced

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 2-4 tbsp raw sugar

  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup/100 ml sweet white vermouth

  • whipped cream, to serve


Method:

  1. Peel the orange and grapefruit and chop into small pieces.

  2. Mix with the sliced banana and kiwifruit. Add the lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and vermouth.

  3. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
