Couscous
with Dates and Almonds Recipe

1 lb/500 g instant couscous

6 tbsp almond oil
-
1/8 tsp salt
-
2 tbsp orange flower water
-
2 tbsp confectioners'/icing sugar

1/2 cup/100 g chopped dates
-
1/2 cup/100 g chopped pistachios
-
1 cup/100 g chopped almonds
-
2 tsp ground
cinnamon
Method:

Prepare
the couscous according to the instructions on the
package.

Transfer to a large bowl and stir in the oil and
salt.
Stir in the orange flower water, 1 tablespoon of
confectioners' sugar, dates, pistachios, and
almonds.

Mix well and transfer to a serving dish.
Dust with the remaining confectioners' sugar
and cinnamon just before serving.
