Method:

Place
the Ricotta and honey in a food processor or blender
and process until well blended.

Butter a 10-inch (25-cm) baking pan.
Pour
the Ricotta mixture into the prepared pan and
refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Cut the fruit into bite-size pieces and mix with the
sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl.
-
Turn the Ricotta out onto a large serving plate and
top with the fruit salad.
Serve in slices.
