Banana and Gorgonzola Dip Recipe 

 

Ingredients

 

Serve 4

  • 2 large, firm-ripe bananas

  • 1 cup/250 g sweet Gorgonzola cheese

  • 4 tbsp dark rum

  • fresh figs, sliced, to garnish


Method:

  1. Peel the bananas and place them in a large bowl. Add the Gorgonzola and rum and use a fork to mash them until smooth and well blended.

  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Garnish with the figs and serve with crackers or breadsticks to finish a meal.
