Stir-Fried Rice
with Sticky Beans

Ingredients

400g/14oz long grained rice
-
1 Tbsp sunflower oil
-
4 spring onions, chopped
-
2 Chinese leaves, halved lengthways and shredded
-
2 eggs, beaten
-
175g/6oz sticky beans (natto)
-
1 Tbsp Japanese soy
sauce
Serves 4
Method:
-
Cook the rice in accordance with instructions.
-
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the
spring onions and bok choy leaves and stir-fry for 3
minutes.

Make a well in the centre of the pan, add
the egg and stir-fry.
-
Add the rice, sticky beans and
soy sauce, then stirfry for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve
hot.
