Baked Tuna Pasta

For the Béchamel Sauce:

Boil the
pasta
in a pan of boiling water until at dente (firm to the bite). Drain
well.

Make the béchamel sauce according to the
recipe on page 15, but after you melt the margarine
in a pan, add the onion slices and fry for 3 to 4
minutes. Then continue to follow the original
instructions.

Add the tomato puree and ketchup and the chopped
parsley; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat
the oven to 190°C (375°F). Add the tuna, pepper,
peas and pasta and mix well.

Pour the mixture into
an ovenproof dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes
until lightly browned. Serve
hot.
Note: An
anytime, anywhere dish that is easily prepared in
minutes.
