Ingredients

225g/8oz sell-raising flour, sifted

A pinch of salt
-
110g/4oz soy margarine, chilled
-
3 to 4 Tbsp water
Serves 4
Method:
-
Sift the flour and salt in a bowl. Blend the
margarine into the flour until the mixture looks
like breadcrumbs.
-
Stir the water in and lightly
knead to form the dough. Wrap in Clingfilm and
refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
