Lime and Chili Yogurt Dip Recipe
Ingredients

400ml/14fl oz Greek yogurt
-
juice of 2
limes
-
1 tsp ground
paprika
-
1 small fresh
and red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
-
salt
-
1 tsp sugar
-
freshly
ground black pepper
Serves 4-6
Method:
-
Combine yogurt, lime juke, paprika and chopped chili
peppers. Season with salt, sugar and black pepper to
taste and serve cooled as dip.
-
Serve this as a spicy dipping sauce with cold salmon
and baguette, salmon cakes or grilled salmon.
