Ingredients

  • 400ml/14fl oz Greek yogurt

  • juice of 2 limes

  • 1 tsp ground paprika

  • 1 small fresh and red chili, deseeded and finely chopped

  • salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • freshly ground black pepper

Serves 4-6


Method:

  1. Combine yogurt, lime juke, paprika and chopped chili peppers. Season with salt, sugar and black pepper to taste and serve cooled as dip.

  2. Serve this as a spicy dipping sauce with cold salmon and baguette, salmon cakes or grilled salmon.
