Asian Sesame Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients

4 tablespoons white
rice vinegar

4 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon curry
powder

1 tablespoon honey
-
1 teaspoon grated
fresh root ginger

1 small garlic clove,
crushed

1 teaspoon roasted
sesame seeds

1 tablespoon chopped coriander
-
2 kaffir
lime leaves
-
1 tablespoon sesame
oil
-
8 tablespoons
groundnut oil
Serves 4
Method:

Mix together the rice
vinegar,
soy sauce, curry powder, honey, ginger and garlic.

Stir in the
roasted sesame seeds, coriander and lime leaves and
slowly add the sesame and groundnut oils.

Set aside
for 1 hour, then remove the lime leaves.
Note:
This
robust vinaigrette is a great dip for salmon sashimi
or it can be used as a sauce for freshly sautéed
salmon with bean sprouts.
