Swedish Dill-Cream Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients

600 g/1 1/4lb small
potatoes

Salt
-
100 ml/3 1/2 fl oz
single cream
-
2 tablespoons soured cream
-
A pinch of
sugar
-
Freshly ground white
pepper
-
1 bunch of dill, finely chopped
Serves 4
Method:

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cook in boiling lightly
salted water and drain.

Return the potatoes
to the pan and add the cream and soured cream. Cook
for 5 minutes over a low heat. The potatoes should
absorb all the creamy liquid.

Finally, season with salt, sugar and white pepper.
Mix in the finely chopped dill and serve.
Note: This
potato dish goes well
with many salmon dishes. The slightly sweet
flavor of dill is very popular in Northern
countries and complements all kinds of salmon,
whether raw, smoked or marinated.
