Mashed Potatoes with Olive Oil Recipe

Method:

Peel the potatoes,
cut in half and boil in lightly salted water until
tender. Drain and let the steam evaporate.

Put the potatoes
through a potato press or mash with a potato masher,
and stir in the olive oil.

Add the hot milk, a
little at a time, while stirring constantly. Season
with salt and nutmeg.
Note:
The most important thing when preparing mashed
potatoes is to stir in the milk, butter or oil using
a long-handled cooking spoon. Using a blender or
whisk will make the mashed potatoes coarse.
