Ingredients

Method:

Rinse the spinach thoroughly and remove any coarse
stems. Drain well in a colander.

Heat the olive oil and quickly
sauté the crushed
Tuscan pepper and garlic.
-
Add the spinach and salt.
Cover and leave to wilt.
-
Just before serving, season with lemon juice. This
is very good with sautéed salmon.
