Salmon Sautéed with Lemons Recipe
Ingredients

1 lemon, organically
grown

2 tablespoons olive oil
-
4 x 180 g/6 oz slices
raw salmon fillet

Salt
-
1 teaspoon red
peppercorns

4 tablespoons yogurt dip with
chili
(refer recipe)
Serves 4
Method:

Wash the lemon in hot water and cut into 8 slices. Heat
the olive oil in a non-stick pan and quickly sauté the
lemon slices on one side over a high heat.

Lightly salt the salmon slices and
sauté together with
the lemon slices on both sides until juicy.

Place the salmon on 4 warm serving plates with the
sautéed lemon slices and garnish with red peppercorns.
Serve with a yogurt dip.
Note: The lemon taste
is
transferred to the salmon during cooking. Despite
their fresh, enticing smell, don't eat the lemon
slices.
