Potatoes Recipe - Healthy Filling

Ingredients

  • 6 potato cups (see potato cups recipe)

  • 5 tbsp (75ml) plain yogurt or cottage cheese

  • 1 tbsp (15ml) chopped fresh parsley or mint


 

Method:

  1. Combine yogurt or cottage cheese and parsley  or mint. Spoon into shells and heat.

  2. Fills 6 potatoes.
