Potatoes Recipe - Healthy Filling
Ingredients

6 potato cups (see potato cups
recipe)

5 tbsp (75ml) plain yogurt or
cottage cheese
-
1 tbsp (15ml) chopped fresh
parsley or mint
Method:

Combine yogurt or cottage cheese and parsley
or mint. Spoon into shells and heat.

Fills 6 potatoes.
