Potatoes Recipe - Best Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled

  • 3 tbsp (45ml) oil


Method:

  1. Wash potatoes and let stand in cold water for 30 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.

  2. Heat oil in a baking dish for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and bake at 475F (250C) for 20 minutes more or until golden. Drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve immediately.
