Party Desserts Recipes - Hot Dip Fro Raw Vegetables
Ingredients
5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp (45ml) milk
1 1/4 cups (310ml) olive oil
4 tbsp (60ml) butter
4 oz (110g) anchovies, finely
chopped
Method:
Chop
garlic very finely and leave it in the milk for a
few hours to remove some of its pungency.
Put
oil and butter in a heatproof earthenware pot, add
anchovies and drained garlic and cook on very low
heat for about 15 minutes, stirring from time to
time. Serve immediately, with prepared vegetables.
