Main Dish Recipes - Lemony Ham Slice

Ingredients 

• 1 lemon

• 1/2 cup brown sugar

• 1 Tbs. prepared mustard

• 1 Oscar Mayer Ham Slice

Makes 2 servings

Method:

1. To prepare Lemon Sauce: Grate peel of one lemon; cut lemon in half. Thinly slice one half; squeeze juice from other half. Combine peel, juice, brown sugar, mustard. Add lemon slices.

2. Broil ham slice 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes; turn and top with sauce. Broil 3 minutes until sauce bubbles.
