Main Dish Recipes - Kikkoman Chuck Steak Teriyaki

Ingredients 

  • 2 1/2 lb. chuck steak (about 1 1/2 inches thick) Meat tenderizer

  • 2/3 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1 6-oz. can tomato paste

  • 1/4 cup salad oil

Makes 4 servings


Method:

  1. Prepare meat with a meat tenderizer according to label directions. Combine remaining 3 ingredients; brush over meat.

  2. Place on grill 3-4 inches from hot coals. Cook about 15 minutes. Turn steak over and brush with additional sauce. Cook to desired degree of doneness.

  3. Heat remaining sauce and serve with steak.
