Main Dish Recipes - Kikkoman Chuck Steak Teriyaki Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/2 lb. chuck steak (about 1 1/2 inches thick) Meat tenderizer
2/3 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
1 6-oz. can tomato paste
1/4 cup salad oil
Makes 4 servings
Method:
Prepare meat with a meat tenderizer according to label directions. Combine remaining 3 ingredients; brush over meat.
Place on grill 3-4 inches from hot coals. Cook about 15 minutes. Turn steak over and brush with additional sauce. Cook to desired degree of doneness.
Heat remaining sauce and serve with steak.
