Ingredients

3 Tbs. butter or
margarine, divided
-
1/2 cup diced green
pepper
-
1/4 cup mayonnaise
-
2 tsps. Lea & Perrins
Worcestershire Sauce
-
1/4 tsp. salt
-
1/4 tsp. powdered
mustard
-
2 cups flaked cooked
white-fish
-
3/4 cup soft bread
crumbs
-
1/4 cup chopped
pimiento
-
1/2 tsp. paprika
Makes 4 servings
Method:
-
In a medium saucepan
melt 1 Tbs. of the butter. Add green pepper; sauté
for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in mayonnaise,
Lea & Perrins, salt and mustard. Gently blend in
fish. Turn into a buttered 1-quart casserole.

In a
small saucepan melt remaining 2 Tbs. butter. Stir in
bread crumbs, pimiento, and paprika. Sprinkle over
fish mixture.

Bake in a preheated moderate oven
(350°F) until crumbs are golden, about 30 minutes.
