Hungarian Goulash
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. round
steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes

3 Tbs.
oil

1/3 cup all-purpose
flour

1 Tbs.
paprika
-
1 tsp.
salt
-
1/4 tsp.
pepper Milk
-
1/4 tsp. garlic
powder
-
1 medium onion,
thinly sliced
-
1-lb. can whole
tomatoes
-
1/3 cup water
-
2/3 cup Pet
Evaporated
Makes 6 1/2 cups servings
Method:

Brown
meat in hot oil in large saucepan. Mix together flour, paprika,
salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir into meat mixture.

Add onion,
tomatoes and water. Cover. Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Gradually stir Pet
Evaporated Milk into hot mixture. Simmer 16 minutes, stirring
frequently. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
