Main Dish Recipes - Golden Praline Ham

Ingredients 

  • 1 Hormel Cure/81 Ham

  • 1 16-oz. jar apricot-pineapple preserves

  • 12 cup brown sugar

  • Pecan halves and Maraschino cherries for garnish


Method:

  1. Combine apricot-pineapple preserves with brown sugar and heat in saucepan, stirring well.

  2. Spread mixture over Hormel Cure/81 Ham for last half hour of baking. When ham is finished, garnish with alternating diagonal rows of pecan halves and cherry halves.
