Main Dish Recipes - French Egg Nests

Ingredients     

• 2 thick slices French bread

• 3 Tbs. butter or margarine

• 2 eggs

• Salt

• Tabasco pepper sauce

• Grated Cheddar cheese

Serves 2

Method:

1. Take French bread slices and hollow out the center of each. Dot with butter.

2. Break egg into each hollow. Salt lightly and add 3 drops Tabasco pepper sauce to each egg.

3. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 325°F. Oven until eggs are set.
