Fish Fillets Sauterne
Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
-
1/2 cup Regina Cooking sauterne
-
1/8 tsp pepper
-
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
-
2 lb white fish fillets (sole, flounder, haddock)
Serves 6
Method:

Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in sauterne, pepper
and parsley.

Place fish pan. Spoon sauce over fish.
Simmer, covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes
easily with a fork.

Remove fish to warm platter. Boil
sauce until slightly thickened. Spoon sauce over fish.
