Main Dish Recipes - Fish Fillets Sauterne

Ingredients   

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup Regina Cooking sauterne

  • 1/8 tsp pepper

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes

  • 2 lb white fish fillets (sole, flounder, haddock)

Serves 6


Method:

  1. Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in sauterne, pepper and parsley.

  2. Place fish pan. Spoon sauce over fish. Simmer, covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  3. Remove fish to warm platter. Boil sauce until slightly thickened. Spoon sauce over fish.
