Ingredients

lb. bulk
pork sausage
-
2 cups bread cubes, toasted
-
1 cup chopped, peeled apples

1/2 cup celery slices
-
1/3 cup raisins
-
1/3 cup chopped onion
-
3/4 cup Parkay Margarine, melted
Makes 6 servings
Method:
-
Brown meat; drain. Add bread, apples, celery,
raisins, onion, 1/4 cup margarine, 2 Tbs.
sherry and seasonings;
mix well.
-
Lightly stuff hens with dressing mixture;
close openings with skewers.

Bake at 400°F for 1 hour
or until tender, basting occasionally with combined
remaining margarine
and sherry.

Garnish with celery leaves, if desired.
