Chicken Marseillaise
Ingredients

2 1/2- to 3-lb.
broiler-fryer, cut
up
-
Kraft Catalina
French Dressing
-
1 16-oz. can
tomatoes
-
1/4 tsp. pepper
-
8 onion slices,
1/4
-inch thick
-
1 tsp. salt
-
1/2 tsp. celery
seed
-
1/4 cup wine or
water
-
2 Tbs. flour
Makes 4 servings
Method:
-
Brown chicken in
1/3 cup dressing over low heat. Add 1/4
cup dressing, tomatoes, onion and seasonings. Cover;
simmer 45 minutes.

Remove chicken and vegetables to
serving platter. Gradually add wine to flour, stirring
until well blended.

Gradually add flour mixture to hot
liquid in pan; cook stirring constantly. Serve with
chicken and vegetables.
