Prosciutto and Radiatore Salad
Ingredients

1 cups dried radiatore
pasta
-
1 small yellow summer
squash or zucchini, quartered lengthwise
and sliced

1/2 cup loose-pack frozen peas
-
2 medium tomatoes,
coarsely chopped
-
2 ounces prosciutto or
cooked ham, chopped (about 1/3 cup)

1/4 cup snipped fresh
basil
-
1/3 cup bottled balsamic
vinaigrette
Method:

Cook
pasta according to package directions; add yellow summer squash
and peas to pasta for the last minute of cooking. Drain. Rinse with
cold water; drain again,

In a
large bowl combine pasta-vegetable mixture, tomatoes, prosciutto,
and basil. Pour vinaigrette over pasta mixture; toss lightly to
coat.
