Tuna and Pasta Alfredo
Ingredients

3 cups dried mini
lasagna, broken mafalda, or medium noodles
-
2 cups chopped broccoli
-
1 medium red sweet
pepper, cut into thin strips
-
1 10-ounce container
refrigerated light Alfredo sauce teaspoon dried
dill, crushed
-
2 to 3 tablespoons milk
(optional)

9 1/2-ounce can tuna
(water pack), drained and broken into chunks
Method:
-
In a large saucepan cook pasta according to package
directions, adding broccoli and sweet pepper for the
last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain well. Return pasta
mixture to hot pan.

Stir Alfredo sauce and dill into
pasta mixture in saucepan. If desired, stir in
enough of the milk to make sauce desired
consistency.

Gently stir tuna into pasta mixture.
Heat through.
