Tortellini Alfredo with Roasted Peppers
Ingredients

1 16-ounce
package frozen meat or cheese filled tortellini
(4 cups)

1 cup
bottled roasted red sweet peppers
-
1 10-ounce
container refrigerated light Alfredo pasta sauce

1/4
cup snipped fresh
basil

Coarsely ground
black pepper
Method:

Cook tortellini according to package directions;
drain well. Return
tortellini
to hot pan.

Meanwhile, drain roasted peppers and cut into
1/2-inch-wide
strips. Add Alfredo sauce and roasted peppers to
pan with tortellini. Cook over medium heat until
hot and bubbly.

Stir in snipped basil. Season to
taste with coarsely ground black pepper.
