- Saucy One-Pan Ravioli
Ingredients

2 cups cherry
tomatoes
-
1/2
teaspoon bottled minced garlic (1 clove)

3/4 cup chicken
broth
-
1/4 teaspoon salt
-
1/4 teaspoon black
pepper
-
1 9-ounce package
refrigerated ravioli
-
2 tablespoons
snipped fresh basil
-
1 tablespoon
snipped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 cup shredded
Romano or Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)
Method:

In a blender or food processor
combine cherry tomatoes and garlic. Cover and
blend or process until smooth.

Transfer to a large saucepan. Add
chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to
boiling.

Add ravioli. Return to boiling;
reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes
or just until pasta is tender, stirring gently
once or twice. Stir in basil and parsley.

Spoon onto plates; sprinkle with
cheese.
