Salami-Ham Sandwiches
Ingredients

9- to 10- inch Italian
flat bread (focaccia), 1 to 2 inches thick

1/4 cup bottled creamy
garlic salad dressing

4 ounces thinly sliced
hard salami
-
2 plum tomatoes,
thinly sliced
-
4 ounces thinly sliced
provolone cheese
-
1 cup bottled roasted
red sweet peppers, drained

4 ounces thinly
sliced cooked ham
-
4 romaine leaves or
1
cup fresh baby spinach
Method:

Preheat
broiler. Carefully split bread in half horizontally. Place bread,
cut sides up, on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5
inches from the heat about 1 minute or until toasted.

Spread bottom
half of the bread with salad dressing. Layer remaining ingredients
on the bread in the following order: salami, tomatoes, provolone
cheese, sweet peppers, ham, and romaine.

Add top half of the bread.
Cut into 6 wedges. Use a 6-lnch wooden skewer to secure each wedge.
