Ingredients

4 6- to 7-inch purchased Italian Datbreads (focaccia) or prebaked pizza crusts

1 1/2 cups
shredded 4-cheese pizza blend (6 ounces)

4 plum
tomatoes or 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

2 to 3
teaspoons olive oil
-
1/2
cup finely shredded fresh basil

1/4
cup pine nuts (optional)
Method:

Preheat
oven to 425°F. Place flatbreads or pizza crusts on a very large
baking sheet.

Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with
cheese. Arrange tomato slices on top. Drizzle tomatoes with olive
oil. Top with basil. If desired, sprinkle with pine nuts.

Bake for
10 minutes more. Serve immediately.
