Peppy Pepperoni Pizza
Ingredients

1 13.8-ounce package
refrigerated pizza dough (for 1 crust)

8-ounce package
shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 cups)

1 cup purchased salsa
-
1 4-ounce can (drained
weight) sliced mushrooms, drained

1/2 of a 3
1/2-ounce
package sliced pepperoni
Method:

Preheat
oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet; roll pizza dough into a
15x10-inch rectangle on prepared baking sheet. Build up edges of
dough slightly.

Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of the Monterey Jack cheese over
the dough. Spoon salsa evenly over cheese. Top with mushrooms and
pepperoni. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake
for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and
cheese
melts.
