Mushroom-Tomato Pesto Pizza
Ingredients

1 12-inch Italian
bread shell (such as Boboli brand)

1/2 cup purchased
dried tomato pesto
-
1 cup
shredded 4-cheese pizza blend (4 ounces)

1 6-ounce
package refrigerated Italian-seasoned
cooked chicken breast strips

1 1/2 cups sliced fresh
mushrooms (such as shiitake,
cremini, and/or button)
Method:

Preheat
oven to 400°F. Place the bread shell on a 12-inch pizza pan.

Spread
pesto over bread shell. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with
chicken strips and mushrooms. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until pizza is heated through and
cheese is melted.
