Recipes - Upside-Down Pizza Pie
Ingredients

1 14 1/2-ounce can diced
tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano, un-drained

2 cups cubed cooked
chicken (about 10 ounces)

1 1/2 cups quartered fresh
mushrooms (such as brown or button)

1 8-ounce can pizza
sauce
-
1 cup shredded 4-cheese
pizza blend (4 ounces)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan
cheese
-
1 11-ounce package

breadsticks

Milk
-
1 tablespoon grated
Parmesan cheese

Desired toppings : (such as sliced green
onions, snipped fresh chives, sliced pitted
black or green olives, chopped sweet green or yellow
pepper, and/or shredded 4-cheese pizza blend)
Method:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease four 12- to 16-ounce
individual baking dishes; set aside. In a medium bowl
stir together undrained tomatoes, chicken, mushrooms,
and pizza sauce.

Spoon chicken mixture into prepared
baking dishes. Sprinkle the 1 cup 4-cheese pizza blend
evenly over chicken
mixture. Sprinkle with the
1/4
cup Parmesan cheese.

Unroll breadstick dough. Separate dough along
perforations to form 12 strips. Weave dough strips over
filling to form a lattice crust on each baking dish.
Depending on the width of your bowls, you may need to
cut dough strips to length or piece strips together.

Brush
dough strips with a little milk. Sprinkle with the I
tablespoon Parmesan cheese.

Bake about 25 minutes or
until breadsticks are golden brown and filling is
bubbly. Remove from oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before
serving.

Serve in baking dishes or loosen edges and
invert onto dinner plates; remove dishes. Sprinkle with
desired toppings.
