Ingredients

1 pound
lean ground beef

1/4
cup chopped onion
-
1 cup
purchased spaghetti sauce
-
1 1/2 cups shredded
mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese (6
ounces)

1/2
cup dairy sour cream
-
1 4-ounce package (4) refrigerated crescent rolls
-
1
tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
-
1/4
cup grated Parmesan
cheese
Method:

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large skillet cook ground
beef and onion
until meat is brown. Drain off fat.

Stir spaghetti sauce
into meat mixture in skillet; heat through. Spread meat
mixture in an un-greased 2-quart casserole.

Meanwhile, in
a medium bowl combine mozzarella cheese and sour cream;
spoon over meat mixture in casserole. Unroll crescent
rolls; separate into triangles.

Place triangles over the
cheese layer. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until top
is deep golden brown.
