Caffe Mocha
Ingredients

1/3
cup packed brown
sugar
-
4 teaspoons cornstarch
-
1 cup water
-
1 tablespoon espresso
powder or 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder

2 inches stick cinnamon
-
2 medium oranges,
peeled, halved lengthwise, and sliced

1 tablespoon coffee
liqueur (optional)
Method:

In a medium saucepan combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in the water, espresso powder, and stick cinnamon.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and
bubbly.

Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from
heat. Discard stick cinnamon. Stir in orange slices and,
if desired, liqueur.

Serve
sauce warm or cooled over ice cream.
