- Berries Vinaigrette with Mascarpone Cream
Ingredients

4 cups assorted fresh
berries (sliced strawberries,
red or golden raspberries,
blackberries,
and/or blueberries)

2 tablespoons
balsamic vinegar

1 8-ounce carton
mascarpone cheese
-
2 tablespoons milk
-
2 tablespoons honey
Method:

Divide berries among six individual dessert bowls or
dishes. Sprinkle each serving with 1 teaspoon of the
balsamic vinegar.

In a small bowl stir together
mascarpone cheese and milk. Spoon mascarpone mixture
over berries. Drizzle 1 teaspoon honey over each
serving.
