- Prosciuto-Wrapped Mozzarella
Ingredients

4 1 3/4-ounce or two
4-ounce batls fresh mozzarella cheese

8 thin slices prosciutto
(about 5 1/2 ounces)

1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1 cup bottled spaghetti
sauce, warmed

Snipped fresh basil
-
Snipped fresh tarragon
Method:

Cut the
mozzarella balls in half or cut the 4-ounce balls into
quarters. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each mozzarella piece.

In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Place
wrapped mozzarella in skillet; cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until prosciutto is lightly browned and mozzarella softens, turning
frequently.

Spoon 2
tablespoons of the warmed spaghetti sauce onto the center of each of
eight small warmed plates; sprinkle with basil and tarragon.

Set a
hot wrapped mozzarella piece in the sauce on each plate. Serve
immediately.
