Italian Appetizers Recipes - Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • Two 14-ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped

  • one 10 3/4-ounce can condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning, crushed

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

  • Red sweet pepper wedges and/or crackers


Method:

  1. In a medium saucepan combine artichoke hearts, cream of chicken soup, and Italian seasoning. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. Remove from heat.

  2. Stir in Parmesan cheese, green onions, and crushed red pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature with sweet pepper wedges and/or crackers.
