- Artichoke and Olive Pizza Wedges
Ingredients

12-inch Italian bread
shell (such as Boboli brand)

6-ounce jar marinated
artichoke hearts, drained
-
1 1/4
cups
shredded mozzarella cheese (5 ounces)
-
1 cup sliced
fresh mushrooms
-
1/3 cup
pitted black olives (such
as gaeta, sicilian, or kalamata),
drained and sliced
-
2 tablespoons sliced
pimiento, drained
-
1 to 2 tablespoons
snipped fresh basil
-
2 teaspoons snipped
fresh thyme
-
1/3 cup shredded
Parmesan cheese
Method:
-
Preheat
oven to 450°F. Place bread shell on a baking sheet or pizza pan; set
aside. If necessary, cut up any large artichoke heart pieces.

Sprinkle 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese over bread shell. Top with
artichoke pieces, mushrooms, olives, pimiento, basil, and thyme.

Sprinkle with remaining 1/4
cup mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 8 to 10
minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges
and
serve warm.
